June 2011 Abbey has been busy this month and thank you to our valued customers. We have been busy attending prom events, dinner parties and BBQs. August 2011 We our busy recruiting at the moment for waiting staff and chefs/cooks to help us for certain events. We have recruited some great staff who have just attended a training session that included health and safety and lifting and handling training - oh and some etiquette training too. We have a wedding to cater for later this month which Bryan is busy sourcing succulent Beef for the Beef wellington and preparing to cure the salmon which will be mouth-watering. |
